  • The pool is set at 28 degrees celsius. If you have been here before, it is the same temperature as previous years.

  • It allows us to better plan for the upcoming season. Our reservation system is run by a group called Campspot. They have 2000 campsites and ~85% of them are taking payments in advance.

    • Less than 15 days notice prior to your arrival = Loss of your entire payment

    • 15-30 days prior to arrival = A 50% refund.

    • More than 31 days notice prior to original arrival date = Full refund less $35 cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations will only be accepted via info@kimberleycampground.com

    • We do not give credit or refunds due to inclement weather. Kimberley fun continues rain or shine!

  • BC Parks do 2 months (4 months pre covid). Most campgrounds are 1 to 2 years. We chose 1 year.

  • Our pricing is dynamic. We break the year into segments. Early - Spring - Peak - Fall - Late. Prices change as the park gets more booked up. This has been seen in Flights, Hotels, Car Rentals etc and now in Campgrounds.

  • Just in the Pine Meadows and Riverview level. If you have booked a site in any other areas of the campground (Mountain View or Sunflower Hill) you are automatically locked in to the site you booked.

  • We charge $4 which then goes to our software supplier.
