SEASONAL SITE ALLOCATION
The Kimberley Riverside Campground has 20% of the campground reserved for seasonal guests. Our seasonal guests stay with us from April to October and have first refusal on their site the following year.
If the seasonal guest does not renew for the following year before Oct 31st, any available seasonal sites will first be offered to our current seasonal guests that would like to move elsewhere in the campground. If more than 1 of our current seasonal guests would like the specific spot that has come available, a raffle for the site will be held. Once our current seasonal guests have made a decision, any remaining campsites will go to our seasonal raffle.
In order to be chosen for a seasonal site, you need to be on our seasonal contact list (please note there is no obligation to accept a seasonal site if your name is drawn). We email everyone on our seasonal contact list an information package in early January. The information package contains measurements, photos and information on the specific campsites that have opened. Those folks can then enter the raffle for any or all of the seasonal sites that have opened up. We hold the raffle in early February. Once the raffle has taken place we contact those whose names have been drawn and they will have 24 hours to make a decision. After 24 hours, any sites that haven’t been booked will be re-drawn until each site is filled.

SEASONAL PAYMENT POLICIES
- A 1-month non-refundable deposit is due by October 31st to guarantee your site for the following year. This deposit is non-refundable.
- 50% of the remaining balance is due upon check in or before April 30th
- The other 50% of the balance is due on or before July 1st
- Rates are reviewed and adjusted on an annual basis. In the event you do not renew your site, it needs to be vacated by April 15th.
- In the event you cancel your seasonal site mid season, you are responsible for the site payments until the site becomes occupied.
COME & JOIN USOur Campground is open with full services from April through to mid October (exact dates TBC). We are available to accept reservations year round with limited office hours in the winter months.

GROUP BOOKINGS WELCOMEThe Kimberley Riverside Campground is the ideal setting for family reunions and special group gatherings. Park facilities, picnic shelter and BBQ can be reserved for your group function, please inquire at the office.
